What our customers say...

I received my copy of Daphne Lewis's "Dogs Love to Pull" DVD yesterday and got a chance to watch it this morning.
Accolades go out to Daphne on putting together one very nice DVD geared towards introducing dog powered sports and helping the newbie get aquainted with what's out there and what it's called !!!
The DVD covers a brief segment on the various dog powered sports and how some simple obedience and good manners are essential. I especially liked the part about "good car manners". Also covered are the basic items to be carried in your pack, like water, a bowl, treats, a safe place for the car keys. There was an emphasis on the ground training to be done before hooking up the cart and the many benefits associated with being about to give your dog a really good workout!! She's even got some comments from some of the who-whos in the dog sports world !!! :-)
The DVD is fun, entertaining, has absolutely beautiful scenery and is packed with dogs and people having fun !!!
Very nice, Daphne and I'd recommend it to anyone interesting in getting started in dog powered sports !!!
Darlette and the Carting Porties
Not sure if this is a new post or not (`been away for a while). If so, I apologize. If not, well, by gosh this needs to be posted! I recently received the DVD entitled Dogs Love to Pull, purchased from the www.chalosulky.com website. This must-have video for the new comer to the sport was put together by the person who I feel is the reason why dog scootering has become the awesome sport that it is here in the U.S..... Daphne Lewis! If your looking for an AWESOME overview of the dog scootering / urban mushing sport, look no further! If your looking for some great instruction and advice while starting out, look no further! If your looking for a GREAT way to promote the sport to others, look no further! I know she put a lot of time and effort into this video, and it shows. As one who is fairly new to the sport, I really appreciated the up-to-date, broad overview, instructional video. I've read her books (which are equally awesome, and even more insightful!), bought products from her former business www.dogscooter.com, received insightful in-person advice, encouragement to the sport, invitations to fun runs, and I must say that Daphne's customer service and dedication to the sport is what brings me back and is what will keep me coming back as a dedicated customer and enthusiast to the sport! If it hasn't been said before, thank you Daphne for putting out yet another awesome product! See ya on the trails!
